The coffee is grown in the Veracruz region of Mexico at an altitude of 1600 meters above sea level, under the shade of native trees on a farm that is in an environmentally protected area. Owned by the same family for decades and currently helmed by the matriarch, the farm follows organic processes in its growing practices and produces an excellent bean without the use of chemicals and pesticides.
